Bassil A. Hamideh
Managing Partner
Bassil Hamideh is the managing partner at the Firm. Mr. Hamideh has extensive experience representing clients in all forms of business and entertainment matters; both transactions and litigation. Prior to his law career, Mr. Hamideh spent fifteen years as a prominent international talent and producer in the entertainment and fashion industries. His unique breadth of experience and rare blend of careers allows him to see matters from various angles resulting in substantial added value to his clients.
Mr. Hamideh has worked on many multi-million dollar deals for some of Hollywood’s top performers, writers, directors, and producers while at the business and legal affairs department of New Line Cinema. Prior to New Line, Mr. Hamideh worked at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office registering many trademark applications as well as drafting many appeal briefs and final refusal appeal briefs before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Additionally, Mr. Hamideh clerked for the Office of Attorney General in Washington, D.C., where he was involved in every stage of numerous litigations, specifically in a highly-publicized, multi-million dollar copyright infringement case.
Mr. Hamideh has most recently achieved successes in many high-stakes entertainment and business litigation cases dealing with the right of publicity, right of privacy, copyright infringement, breaches of contract and fiduciary duty, fraud, unfair competition, and various other claims and cases. The judgments and settlements of these cases were extremely favorable for his clients. He is dedicated to his clients and is relentless in pursuing the best possible outcome to achieve their goals.
Mr. Hamideh is admitted to practice law in all California state and federal courts. He is a member of the American, Los Angeles, and Beverly Hills Bar Associations, as well as the Association of Business Trial Lawyers.
Mr. Hamideh graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California and received his law degree from The George Washington University Law School.
