  • Clearance checks of all potential infringement issues, including brand names, logos, and other trademarks, as well as any copyright-protected and right of publicity protected materials. 
  • Clearance checks for commercials with television networks, as well as commercials distributed through alternative channels. 
  • Litigating claims of copyright and trademark infringement, defamation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, and related matters.
  • Draft rules, releases, and disclosures for contests, sweepstakes, games, and other promotions.
  • Advise, draft, and review promotions-related ad copy for use in media including internet and in-store materials.
  • Negotiate, review, and draft agreements relating to product placements, brand integrations and sponsorships.
  • Advise, negotiate, review, and draft celebrity and talent endorsement agreements.
