- Advised numerous clients regarding formation of new businesses, including structuring limited liability company operating agreements, shareholder agreements, subscription agreements, and other formation documents.
- Counseled entrepreneurs in new consumer goods ventures, including advising on appropriate entity formation, intellectual property matters, securities laws issues, and negotiating the financing terms and underlying entity documents.
- Represent professional athletes and celebrities with formation of entities for purposes of branding and licensing name, likeness, voice, and signature for endorsements.
