- Assist clients with copyright registration applications with the U.S. Copyright Office.
- Advise clients regarding fair use of copyrighted materials.
- Advise, negotiate, and draft transactions relating to copyright licenses, clearances, purchases and sales of copyrights.
- Represent clients in the prosecution and defense of copyright infringement litigation in California federal and state courts.
Right of Publicity
- Advise clients on commercial value in name, likeness, voice, and signature.
- Assist in searches of infringing uses of clients’ rights of publicity.
- Manage right of publicity licenses and scope of use, including duration and forms of media.
- Vigorously and aggressively prosecute right of publicity violations.
